Estonian Lotteries

There is a national and a small private lottery in Estonia. The first lottery dates back to 1971, when a sports lottery was established by the Soviet government. After gaining its independence, Estonia established its own national lottery, Eesti Loto, in 1991. Lottery products can be purchased at land-based outlets, via mobile phones and online.

Bristol, a nonprofit organization, offers a privately run lottery that sells instant tickets. Estonia also participates in the multi-country Viking lottery.
